"Children Advocates".
RECORDING CHILD ABUSE
All too often a child says they are being beaten but by the
time the grandparent sees the child the parents get away
with some story, and the child is called a liar. Children are
taken into a different room so siblings cannot see the
beating, but they hear it. Grandparents, if they have any
visitation often have to live through the nightmares of the
child reliving these beatings.
CHILDRENS SAFE VISITS
Ever have temporary custody, and the child acts
outrageous when visitation time comes. Kicking and
screaming, not wanting to go. They are terrified of going.
MEGANS LAW - A STORY
We are fighting for my grandson's life. My daughter was
16 when she got pregnant. The baby's father was 19. We
wanted to make good of a bad situation and stood by both
of them and offered our support. There was something odd
about the baby's father but I couldn't put my finger on it.
He was so possessive.
Laws regarding children vary considerably from state to state. We are in the process of gathering as much information as possible. Right now, we know what we live, and that often makes us study up on specific laws in specific states.
